About RGADP

The Department of the Interior and Local Government Region 3, in compliance with Republic Act 9710 or An Act Providing for the Magna Carta of Women, and being an advocate of gender equality, diversity, and social inclusion aims to further enhance its implementation of Gender and Development (GAD) through the development of the Regional Gender and Development Portal (RGADP). 

The creation of this system will centralize all GAD-related data and policies making it easier for personnel to access information.  This shall likewise facilitate knowledge sharing and awareness that can help build a culture of inclusion and diversity throughout the organization. 

The establishment and utilization of RGADP will significantly enhance decision making and policy development within DILG R-3, contributing to even more effective and inclusive GAD program implementation.
